Boosting covid-19 vaccination uptake

During the Covid-19 pandemic, many governments struggled to convince specific groups within the population to trust vaccines and to participate in the vaccination programs. Often, these were the very same groups that were most vulnerable to the virus itself. This was the case with elderly people in care homes, a particularly at-risk group.

We worked with a European government to help them increase vaccination rates amongst these at-risk groups. We used geofencing, postal codes, specific websites and demographic data to create an individualized content strategy. Our goal was to reach elderly people in care homes, and also those around them who may be influential in building their trust towards the vaccines: their carers.
