Building trust in the US democratic process

The problem
Events over the past few years in US politics have led to an erosion of trust in the democratic and legal processes that hold up democratic elections. Our client’s goal was to test the efficacy of video messaging in strengthening faith in democratic processes and institutions, and subsequently to enact a large-scale digital campaign with the most effective messaging.
Our solution
We enacted a combination of audience research, message testing and impact measurement to deliver a campaign with extremely impressive results. We were able to identify and reach citizens across the country who were more likely to be susceptible to messaging that undermined US democratic processes. We gauged what kind of messaging and language they were most likely to engage with, and tested creatives based on those insights. The final result was a campaign at scale and maximum impact.
